Parent/Guardian Consent

If a learner is under 18, signup requires a parent or guardian email and an explicit consent checkbox. The time of that consent is stored.

The learner receives a family link code. The guardian creates an account and enters the code to open the parent view.

Guardians see progress, certificates, goals, and membership. Private coach conversations stay private unless a safety flag is raised for an administrator.
